Picture Frame vs. Three-Piece Surrounds

This collection includes two structures:

Picture Frame mantels are a single handcrafted piece that frames the firebox opening directly, for a clean, seamless look.
Three Piece mantels use a classic mantel shape with a top and two legs, including curved-leg styling on select models.

Both structures include adjustable filler panels to cover gaps around the fireplace opening for a tailored fit, plus a hardware kit and user's manual.

Cast Stone Construction and Weight

Omega's thin cast stone is built to be lighter than solid concrete or natural stone by design, and more resistant to cracking. That said, a full mantel surround, up to 77 inches wide, is still a large, freight-shipped assembly. A second person is worth having on hand during installation, and it's a good idea to confirm your wall can support the mounted weight before you begin.

Colors, Hearth, and Custom Fit

Every Omega mantel is available in six colors: Natural, Limestone, Ash, Buff, Chocolate, and Gray. The included adjustable filler panels help the mantel fit cleanly around your specific firebox opening, even if it doesn't match a standard size exactly. Every model also offers an optional 20-inch-deep hearth, selected as a product option, that allows seamless integration with deeper fireboxes. Choose the "With Hearth" option if your firebox needs the extra depth, or "No Hearth" if it doesn't.

Omega mantels are made to order. Three Piece models have a manufacturing lead time of about 4 weeks, while Picture Frame models run about 8 weeks.
