Simply insert it and use an optional trim to cover the gaps in between.

You can customize your cast stone mantel with 7 finish options and 2 stone types. Choose a TraverStone Mantel for a smooth stone look with few distress marks, whereas Tivoli is sandblasted for a rougher surface. If you want a smoother piece that you can paint over, see the Gypsum Model.

Also easy to install, the mantel is just hung on the wall like artwork. Mount a 2x2 or 2x4 cleat on the wall, then hang its hollow back on it.
