This full enclosed electric fireplace is built and designed to accommodate any environmental occurrences such as heat, rain and other coastal factors. The Nova is a 120/240 V direct wire recessed electric fireplace. This No-Heat model has an optional plug-in heater of 1500/3000 Watts available at additional charge. The Nova creates a perfect ambiance for any moonlight setting.
This fireplace meets the construction and safety standards of H.U.D. for application in manufactured homes when installed according to instructions.

In the unlikely event of a problem occurring due to a manufacturing fault within 24 months from the date of purchase of the fireplace, parts will be supplied for repair of the product of the product will be replaced free of charge. Repair or replacement is at the option of Modern Flames.

Please have proof of purchase, catalogue/model, and serial numbers available when calling. Limited warranty requires a proof of purchase of the product.
What this limited warranty does not cover
This limited warranty does not cover consumable items such as the bulbs and the fuses which have a limited lifespan.
This limited warranty does not apply to products that have been repaired (except by Modern Flames or its authorized service representatives) or otherwise altered. This warranty does further not apply to defects resulting from misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, incorrect installation, water damage, improper maintenance or handling, or operation with an incorrect power source.
We work very hard to ensure that we offer the absolute best prices online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within six months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference. Smaller, lighter packages generally ship in one carton via FedEx or UPS ground. Larger and heavier items will be shipped freight.
For smaller items that deliver via FedEx of UPS, you generally do not have to be home. The Carrier will leave the package at your door or designated package delivery area.
Larger items that are delivered via freight carrier require your signature. The freight company will call you at least 24 hours in advance to make a delivery appointment.
Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, we will refund 100% of your purchase amount with no re-stocking fees, you only have to pay for the return shipping*. Just call or email us for return instructions within 14 days of receiving your shipment. The returned item must be in sellable condition and in the original packaging. Yes, we only work with the manufacturers that offer a 12-months and more manufacturer's warranty for all fireplaces and burners, excluding accessories and ex-display items. We are confident that the products we supply are of a very high quality and that you will be very pleased with them. We also believe in providing the highest standard of customer service and products free from manufacturer's faults in performance or appearance.
If a product develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact the manufacturer. Please note that misusing your fireplace (i.e. overfilling ethanol fireplace with fuel or using a wrong fuel with a higher percentage of alcohol) will void your guarantee and you will not be eligible for a replacement.
