Touchstone AudioFlare is a new concept in electric fireplaces, combining Bluetooth sound, 5 realistic flame settings with 3 color combinations, and a distinctive stainless steel face. This fireplace comes with decorative logs and glass crystals so that you can choose the look you like and includes a convenient remote control for flames and heat. Touchstone AudioFlare provides 1500W of heat - enough to heat up to 400 square feet - `with timer feature. The heat can also be turned off, so flame works with or without heat for year round enjoyment.

The AudioFlare delivers quality Bluetooth quality audio to your electric fireplace experience. This is more than just a noise box that delivers a “crackling” flame sound. This is a quality Bluetooth speaker that can be synced to your phone audio player, so you can enjoy your favorite songs and streaming audio. The Bluetooth is simple to connect to your devices. A voice prompts you to wait for the connection.
The stainless face of the AudioFlare is distinctive, and sets it apart from other Touchstone fireplaces. The stainless display makes this fireplaces a great fit for a kitchen or more contemporary designed room, and it is a perfect accent to the blue flame setting. The surface is easy to clean and maintain and comes off the fireplace easily to assist with installation.
The unique flameset of the AudioFlare is a three flame color design. The flames are blue and yellow/orange, and can be combined for a 3rd appearance. Plus the AudioFlare comes with a crystal hearth, to compliment the stainless frame for an ultra-contemporary look. Your friends think it is a gas fireplace. Like all our popular Sideline models, the AudioFlare has 5 flame intensity settings, from a mellow ember to a full flame display.
The heat feature in the AudioFlare is perfect for a cool evening, and when you want to take the room temperature down a few degrees in a flash. The heater has two settings, 750W and 1500W, and will help heat a room up to 400 square feet. Touchstone recommends mounting the fireplace at least 12 inches below any flat screen TV or artwork that shares the same wall. There is also a heat timer, which automatically shuts off the heat feature in a timeframe from 30 minutes to 7.5 hours.
The AudioFlare can be used for in-wall installations or it can be hung on the wall. Mounting brackets and hardware are included for both installations. Offering a quick, simple install, the easy-to-level mounting bar makes hanging on a wall simple.

When will my order get shipped?

What shipping options do you offer?

Can you guarantee delivery?
Generally, you should expect delivery within 2-12 business days of your order. However, we cannot guarantee the time that will take FedEx, UPS or a freight carrier to deliver your package. That is completely out of our hands and is determined exclusively by the workload and delivery schedule of a particular freight company.
How does the fireplace come when it is shipped to my home?
Smaller, lighter packages (under 100 lbs) generally ship via FedEx or UPS ground and are left at the door with no signature requirement. Larger and heavier items are shipped LTL freight. They require a delivery appointment and signature of an adult.
Do I have to be home when my order is delivered?
FedEx and UPS do not require a signature and will leave the package in a suitable place near your door. For freight shipments, you have to be present at the time of the delivery to inspect the package and contents for damages and sign the delivery receipt.
What is your return policy?
If you're not satisfied with an item that you purchased from Modern Blaze, you can initiate a return within 30 days after delivery for a refund, as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. Items that have been used or modified in any way may not be returned.
How do I cancel my order?

No, we do not have a showroom. Our store is 100% online - this allows us to eliminate unnecessary expenses and pass these savings on to you by offering much lower prices compared to any retailers.
