Incredible construction on the Warming Trends Burners, plates, and covers! The hook-up kit is also very high quality. the window where I was waiting for the shipper to notify me on when the product (custom made) would be ready--other than a 2-5 week estimate given at time of purchase, would have been nice to have an updated sense of when product would ship and arrive for planning purposes. Once it was shipped, I heard right away and the website was updated. so the black box was only the period between order and time of shipping.
