Description

A 14-Inch Wok for Outdoor Stir Fry

The Fire Magic 3572 wok is hard-anodized aluminum with a stick-resistant lined interior that measures 14" across, and it comes with a stainless steel lid.

Made for the Power Burner

Fire Magic's power burner manual covers wok cooking directly: remove the cooking grid and the wok is supported by the burner. Fire Magic rates its Aurora Power Burner at up to 60,000 BTU with a flame collimator that focuses heat in the center of the unit for wok cooking. If your outdoor kitchen is built around an Aurora grill, the power burner and this wok give you a high heat stir fry station beside it.
