Amantii Panorama DEEP 60-Inch Built-in Indoor/Outdoor Smart Electric Fireplace (BI-60-DEEP) FAQ's

What is the difference between the Amantii Panorama DEEP, SLIM and XS?

How far each one sits into the wall. The DEEP is about 12 3/4 inches deep and ships with an 11-piece log set and ICE media, so its fire looks the most three-dimensional. The SLIM is a thinner unit at about 6 3/4 inches, and the XS (Xtraslim) is the thinnest at about 4 inches. The DEEP needs the deepest wall cavity, so check your framing before choosing.

Can the Amantii Panorama DEEP be installed outdoors?

Yes, in a covered spot that stays out of the rain. Amantii requires its Panorama outdoor cover (PANCOVER, sold separately) to keep water and debris out while the fireplace is off. Outdoors the warm air drifts away quickly, so expect it to be a flame feature more than a heater.

Does the Panorama DEEP plug in, or does it have to be hardwired?

Either one. It has a cord on the left side for a standard 120V outlet, and it is hardwire ready if you would rather have no cord in the wall. It draws about 12.5 amps on high heat, so a circuit it does not share with other heavy loads is the safest choice. The thermostat can be hardwired to a wall control too.

How much heat does the Amantii Panorama DEEP put out?

About 5,000 BTU on high, from a two-stage heater at the top of the unit with a lower setting for milder days. The glass angles back so the warm air rolls down across the front of the fireplace. Treat it as supplemental heat for one room; the flame also runs with the heater off.

Can tile or stone be finished right up to the glass on the Panorama DEEP?

Yes. It is a full-frame design, so your finishing material can run right to the edge of the glass for a clean, trimless look. If you would rather frame the opening, the black trim in the box does that instead.

Can I control the Panorama DEEP from my phone?

Yes. It connects to Wi-Fi and works with Amantii's app on the Apple App Store and Google Play, covering flame, lighting, heat, timer and thermostat. The touch pad on the fireplace and the included thermostatic remote do the same jobs without a phone.
