This was easy to install and its a great size. Heats our little patio fine. If you have a larger patio though, you may need more than one as it wouldn't cover a large area well. The only real negative I can think of is that it doest have a start button or ignition switch. We had to get one installed. But it wasn't that big a deal, just had our electrician put one on. its great for where we need it! Pros: easy to assemble. heats well Cons: doesn't come with ignition switch
