Very nice flame, media, overhead wash lighting and lighting under media tray provide a cozy fireplace look. As the description of the product says the many aspects of the flame, media and lighting are customizable. The heater is quiet and puts out the promised amount of heat. Note - as with all electric fireplaces the heat output is the same as any 120V space heater so do not buy an electric fireplace thinking it will heat a large area.
