Installation Options
The Touchstone Burnbrite Electric Log Set is designed as an insert for existing fireplace openings. It is a plug-and-play electric unit with 1-step setup and does not require venting or traditional fireplace installation.
Because it uses electric operation, it does not require gas lines, wood storage, chimney use, or a flue connection. Placement should follow Touchstone’s sizing, clearance, electrical, and safety instructions.
The unit can be operated after being placed properly and connected to power according to the manufacturer’s requirements.
Controls & Features
The Burnbrite can be operated from the app, included remote control, or built-in control panel. It is smart home enabled and compatible with Amazon Alexa and Google Home.

For supplemental heat, the log set includes high and low heat settings with thermostat control from 64°F to 90°F. It also includes a built-in timer for automatic shut-off from 30 minutes to 8 hours and overheat protection.
