You want to maximize the heat from your SunStar Glass Heaters, so you and your guests can feel as comfortable as possible.

Once you install them, it would be a hassle to reconfigure them if you don't decide on the right patio setup or mounted them improperly.

If you want your heaters to heat the widest area possible, consider mounting them horizontally (0°) on the ceiling. The Fixed Ceiling Mounting Kit allows you to maximize the heating area of your patio heaters up to 12' x 12', wider than angled installs at 11' x 11'. It requires 1 Heat Shield per mounting kit.

SunStar Heating Products Inc., the manufacturer, warrants to the original owner of any Sunstar infrared gas heater that said heater will be free from defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service. The heater(s) shall be installed, used and maintained strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. The manufacturer's sole obligation under this warranty shall be limited to furnishing replacement parts, F.O.B. Charlotte, NC, for 12 months from the date of installation, or 18 months from the date of shipment by the manufacturer, whichever period shall expire first.

Labor charges for removal of defective parts and the installation of the replacement parts are not included. This warranty applies only within the USA and Canada
