Installation Options
The Napoleon Elevation is designed for built-in installation and can be hardwired or plugged into standard electrical configurations, depending on setup. It supports both 120V and 240V installations for flexible heat output options.
Because it shares framing dimensions with select gas models, it allows for future fuel conversion flexibility during planning stages. No venting is required, making installation simpler compared to gas fireplaces.
Professional installation is recommended for hardwired configurations to ensure proper electrical connections.

The Elevation electric fireplace offers multiple control methods, including a premium remote, Napoleon Home mobile app, optional wall-mounted control, and voice commands through Google and Alexa.
Triple-layer flame technology creates depth and realism, while adjustable flame speed and brightness allow customization. The system includes orange and yellow flame tones and multiple top light color options.
Heating performance ranges from 5,000 to 10,000 BTUs, depending on voltage configuration. ECO mode reduces energy consumption, while BOOST mode increases heat output and blower speed for faster warming.
