Designed to Float Above the Room

The Le Feu Dome Sky turns the fireplace into an architectural focal point. Its suspended dome design brings the flame off the floor, creating a light, open look that works especially well in modern living rooms, lounges, covered patios, and design-focused spaces.

Because it mounts from the ceiling, the Sky model keeps the floor clear while still adding the warmth and atmosphere of a real flame. Le Feu notes that the Sky is available with different rod lengths, making it easier to adapt the fireplace height to the room layout.

A Statement Fireplace Without a Chimney

The Sky model uses bioethanol fuel, so it does not require a chimney, flue, gas line, or electrical connection. It creates a clean-burning real flame without smoke, soot, or ash when used with high-quality ethanol fuel.

Its 360-degree rotation allows the dome opening to be adjusted after installation, helping direct the flame view toward the seating area, dining space, or outdoor lounge zone. Retailer specifications list heat output at up to 11,942 BTUs and burn time at approximately 4 to 6 hours on 0.4 gal of bioethanol fuel.

Installation Options

The Le Feu Dome Sky is a ceiling-mounted suspended fireplace. It does not require wall framing, venting, a gas connection, or electrical wiring.

This fireplace must be mounted to a suitable ceiling structure using the supplied ceiling plate and pole system. Pole length options vary by configuration, so the correct variant should be selected based on ceiling height and desired fireplace position. For sloped or vaulted ceilings, confirm compatibility with the manufacturer or a qualified installer before installation.

The Sky model may be used indoors or in sheltered outdoor areas, based on retailer specifications. For outdoor installations, protect the fireplace when not in use and follow all manufacturer placement, clearance, and safety instructions.

Controls & Features

The Dome Sky uses a manual bioethanol burner system. Fuel is poured into the burner according to the manufacturer’s instructions, and the flame is lit manually.

There are no electrical controls, remote controls, fans, or gas valves. The fireplace creates heat through the bioethanol flame and can rotate 360 degrees to adjust the direction of the flame view after installation.
