We recently purchased our 2nd Remii slim fireplace. We were so happy with the first one, we purchased a 2nd one. Unfortunately though the 2nd one has an issue with it. It works but not all the colors work properly. We like the blue flame but only 1/2 of it seems to work. So that is disappointing. Other than that it's a great fireplace.

The item was first on back order but I received the option to wait for it to come back in stock or cancel the order. The vendor did a great job communicating my options. It did arrive quicker than I expected despite being on back order. Although it arrived damaged (not the vendors fault) it appears it was damaged in shipping the vendor provided a quick resolution.

The process was seamless, ordered online after I called to verify that the fireplace would fit in my existing wall. Product was delivered as expected, hired a certified electrician for the installation, and a drywall/painter to patch and paint the walls. I’m extremely satisfied with the finished look. Totally different aesthetic from the huge bulky gas fireplace that was replaced. Not to mention I got a lot of open space back. The family loves it!!!!!
