The Touchstone Sideline 45-Inch is a built-in or wall-mounted electric fireplace designed for indoor installation, offering multicolor LED flames and vent-free operation.

Designed for Easy Recessed Installation

The Sideline series is engineered for flush mounting directly into a wall. Its front-facing heating vent allows the unit to sit fully recessed without requiring extra clearance for heat exhaust. This makes it a practical choice for 2x6 wall installations and clean, built-in designs.

Because it operates electrically, there is no need for venting or gas lines. The fireplace can be plugged into a standard outlet or hardwired, giving you flexibility depending on your project requirements.

Affordable Ambiance with Year-Round Use

The Touchstone Sideline combines affordability with customization. Choose from three flame colors—orange, blue, or a combination of both—and five flame intensity levels to create the atmosphere you prefer.

Dual-mode operation allows the flame display to run independently from the heater, so you can enjoy the visual effect even when no heat is needed. Two heat settings provide supplemental warmth for spaces up to approximately 400 square feet.

Installation Options

The Touchstone Sideline 45-Inch electric fireplace is designed primarily for recessed wall installation but may also be wall mounted when needed. It fits into a 2x6 wall cavity and can be fully flush mounted thanks to its front heat vent. No venting is required. The unit can be hardwired for a seamless built-in look or plugged into a standard outlet for simpler installation. Mounting hardware is included to assist with setup.

Controls & Features

The Sideline offers simple and intuitive operation. Flame color and intensity can be adjusted using the included remote control, which also manages heat settings and timer functions. Five flame intensity levels and three color combinations allow for flexible customization.

The built-in timer can automatically turn the unit off between 30 minutes and 7.5 hours. Two heat settings—high and low—deliver supplemental warmth, and the flame effect can operate independently of heat for year-round enjoyment.
