The Lexington Hearth Flat Sawn Beam Mantel is a noncombustible concrete mantel for indoor or outdoor installation, designed to replicate the look of aged wood with detailed hand-cast realism.
Crafted to Look Like Aged Timber
This mantel is formed using a patented casting process that recreates the character of reclaimed wood. Each piece features hand-finished detailing such as tool marks, dowel ends, nail holes, insect impressions, checks, splits, and natural knot patterns.
Hand-cast and hand-painted construction ensures depth and variation in every beam, delivering a realistic wood appearance without splinters or maintenance concerns.
Built for Safety and Longevity
Unlike traditional wood mantels, the Flat Sawn Beam is made from noncombustible concrete that meets ASTM E136 laboratory standards. The center air gap design helps reduce weight while minimizing heat transfer to the mantel surface.
Suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations, it provides long-term durability in a range of environments.
Installation Options
Designed for indoor and outdoor use, the mantel can be installed above fireplaces where noncombustible materials are required.
Available in 48", 60", and 72" widths, allowing you to choose the scale that fits your fireplace or feature wall. Always follow manufacturer clearance and installation guidelines for proper placement.
