I have the digital thermometer and sear burner version. Excellent construction and finish. Highly recommend not getting sear burner but get charcoal basket instead. Charcoal basket gets just as hot and gives more flavor. Quality of materials is amazing and flat grids are excellent. Can grill salmon directly without concerns of sticking. I use 4 times a week and could not be happier. It is worth the cost, I read a ton of reviews and research. Grill gas griddle attachment I will also get.
