Under optimal conditions, the 2000 W model can heat a 6 x 6 ft area, while the 2500 W unit heats a 7 x 7 ft space. Several factors affect the coverage area such as weather and mounting height. Install multiple heaters to keep large outdoor areas warm. Low power heaters, up to 1500W, are best for residential and indoor use. Heaters more than 1500W are for commercial use only.
Schwank offers two convenient control options for single element heaters. A simple on/off wall switch and variable control for temperature control.
WARNING: Heaters greater than 240 Volts are for “Commercial Use Only. Risk of fire. Do not use as a residential or household heater.”

This warranty applies to the heater’s original owner, and subsequent transferees and only if the unit is installed and operated in accordance with the printed instructions accompanying the unit and in compliance with all applicable installation, building codes and good trade practices.
