Amantii Panorama SLIM 72-Inch Built-in Indoor/Outdoor Smart Electric Fireplace (BI-72-SLIM) FAQ's

How is the Amantii Panorama SLIM different from the Panorama DEEP?

It is thinner. At about 6 3/4 inches deep the SLIM suits a shallower wall cavity, while the DEEP is about 12 3/4 inches deep and holds a full log set for a more three-dimensional fire. Heater, Wi-Fi controls and full-frame glass are shared by both, so the choice mostly comes down to how much depth your wall has.

Is the Amantii Panorama SLIM approved for outdoor use?

Yes, for covered outdoor spaces protected from rain. Amantii requires the Panorama outdoor cover (PANCOVER, sold separately) whenever it is installed outside, to keep water and debris out while it is off. Outside, think of it as a fire feature first, since the heat disperses quickly.

Does the Panorama SLIM need a dedicated circuit?

It is the safest setup. The SLIM plugs into a standard 120V outlet with its cord on the left side, or it can be hardwired for a cord-free build, and it draws about 12.5 amps with the heater on high. A circuit it does not share with other heavy loads keeps the breaker from tripping.

How warm does the Amantii Panorama SLIM get?

It puts out about 5,000 BTU on high from a two-stage heater mounted at the top, and the backward-angled glass sends the warm air down across the front. That is enough to take the chill off one room. You can also run the flame on its own with no heat at all.

Do I have to use the trim on the Panorama SLIM?

No. The black trim is included, but the SLIM is a full-frame unit, so tile, stone or drywall can be finished right to the glass instead. Most buyers who want the frameless look skip the trim.

Does the Panorama SLIM work with an app?

Yes. Over Wi-Fi, Amantii's app for iPhone and Android sets the flame color and speed, the lighting, the heat, the timer and the thermostat. If you prefer not to use your phone, the thermostatic remote and the touch pad on the unit handle everything too.
