Omega Warranty

Omega Mantels warrants its products to be free of manufacturing defects. By "defects" we mean any imperfections that can impair the use of these products. Please note irregularities and variations of shading and texture are characteristic of cast stone products. Therefore, they are not to be considered as defects or a cause of complaint.

The warranty is solely limited to the repair or the replacement of defective pieces of mantels to their original state. Omega Mantels commits to replace defective pieces free of charge; however, Omega Mantels will not incur any labor costs associated with the installation.

Omega Mantels cast stone products are manufactured using a proprietary formula which will withstand high-temperature, resulting in neither discoloration nor heat cracks.

This warranty applies for normal use conditions and does not apply to any defects resulting from negligence, installation errors, misuse, overuse, overexposure or modifications made by the buyer.

Omega Mantels reserves the right to request proof of purchase or other related documents in order for this warranty to apply.

This warranty is offered to the original buyer and cannot be transferred.

Omega Mantels warranty applies in Canada and U.S.A and is only valid if the installation has been carried out in accordance with the instructions given by the manufacturer.

Shipping Damage:

We do our best to ensure that your order arrives in satisfactory condition. We inspect your order prior to shipment to ensure all items are in excellent condition before they leave our facilities. Although our products are packaged securely to prevent any damage, it’s possible that damage may occur during shipment.

It is your responsibility to inspect the goods you receive immediately upon receipt for damage. If any goods appear to be damaged in shipment, please note it on the bill of lading, refuse shipment and contact us immediately. Photos are mandatory in facilitating damage claims, please take photos of the packaging and damaged goods, which will enable us to file a freight damage claim.

NOTE: We cannot be held responsible for the cost of repairs or replacement of damaged items if there is no notation on the Bill of Lading. Shipping damage claims must be made within 72 hours of delivery.
