The Superior DRT4000 Series Direct Vent Gas Fireplace is an indoor liquid propane or natural gas fireplace designed for direct vent installation, featuring electronic ignition and a spacious 21-inch deep firebox.
Built for Traditional Style and Practical Performance
Available in 40" and 45" models, the DRT4000 Series offers a full-size 21" depth that creates a larger fireplace interior and more expansive log arrangement. High-definition ceramic fiber logs rest on a heavy-duty grate, delivering a detailed and balanced flame presentation.
A required façade selection includes either a Vista inside fit or a decorative overlap fit option, each equipped with a protective screen barrier. The black painted interior enhances flame contrast, with optional liners available for further customization.
Dependable Operation and Heating Efficiency
Electronic IPI/CPI ignition comes standard and includes seamless battery backup to support operation during power interruptions. A top flue configuration supports direct vent installation, while tempered glass provides a clear view of the fire.
The DRT4000 Series is designed to offer strong heating efficiency and lower operating costs when properly installed and sized for your space. Optional blower kits and remote control kits are available to enhance comfort and control.

Controls & Features
This series includes electronic ignition with a standard IPI/CPI switch and integrated battery backup. The system is designed to provide reliable startup and continued operation during power outages when battery backup is in place.
Standard features include tempered glass, a high-definition ceramic fiber log set, a heavy-duty grate, black painted interior, and a durable textured powder-coat finish. Optional blower kits and touch or hand-held remote control kits can be added for enhanced convenience and airflow management.
