But, with ventless gas fireplaces, it's less expensive. With no vents required, the American Fyre Designs Grand Mariposa only needs to be connected to gas. Its hearth is recessed to seamlessly integrate it with the wall by covering it with finishing materials like tiles or stones.

This USA-made gas fireplace brings life to any dull patio or backyard. Four color options are available to perfectly match your aesthetic. Choose a contemporary or traditional vent-free gas insert to get the look you want. The contemporary gas insert comes with a fire glass set and the traditional option comes with a Charred Aged Split Oak, Alpine Birch, or Frontier Oak gas log insert. These are sold Separately.

For your convenience, the location of the gas shut-off and the gas line can be customized. The gas shut-off can be placed on the left or right, and the gas line can be brought up from beneath the hearth or directly behind it. It's best to determine the location of your gas fireplace before installing it.

Note: Choose a 24-Inch traditional or contemporary vent-free insert before checkout. This is a vent-free model that cannot be converted into a vented model. It will come with refractory panels at the top and throat to block any venting.
