I love love love this product. Couldn't be happier. The flame is realistic. It puts out a good amount of heat although I mostly use it without. And it's easy and safe enough for my young kids to use. Win win!

The led 'flames' are not random, they have a set pattern that repeats. Doesn't look bad, but I was hoping for a random pattern.

I order the Touchstone electric fireplace to replace our recessed Bio ethanol fuel one. The decision was made due to the fuel costs being costly and it only lasting 2-3 hours for burn time. Let’s just say I’ve always been on the fence with electric thinking some of the flames look too fake. The Touchstone fireplace flames are so realistic I could sit on our couch and watch it for hours!! This is probably the best purchase I’ve ever made for our home. We did a recessed option since we built out a corner fireplace to mount our tv and it’s gorgeous! The installation was super easy and took my husband a half hour. The shipping from Modern Blaze was super fast ordered on a Sunday and received on a Tuesday. I will rave about this product and the company to everyone!
Great Fire Place
I just installed our new electric fire place and we love it. It only took a couple days for delivery. It was easy to install. We love the looks of it and we will use it much more then our old gas unit because of the option of no heat.
