I was going for a clean modern look. It turned out great, I love it! There were so many fireplaces to pick from I couldn’t make up my mind. I called, and the staff was very helpfull. I would recommend touchstone fireplaces.

Flame is very real, very easy to install
We love it
Just hung the fireplace and we love it. Did have major problem when unboxing however. The glass door was impossible to remove. The bottom off the glass was out of the track it is suppose to site in and was wedged behind the track. It's made so that when removing the screws from the top latches the door would slide down into the track allowing it to pivot outwards. As it was I had to remove the unit from the frame, take off the top cover which allowed me to swing door out. As being handy myself not to mention an engineer I was able to solve the issue myself. I'm afraid others may not have been able to remove the door.Besides all that once completed and hung we love it.
