Chic and Cozy!
Just received my Chelsea stainless steel fireplace. I ordered the item on line on a Tuesday and received it by Friday. Item arrived very nicely packaged as to avoid any dents...great as this has occured when I've ordered other stainless steel items. Item is just as it appears on line. Very nice. It is very light so I should have no problem mounting this without the help of my husband. It's about the size of a 27" flat screen and will look great under the television. The best thing about this order was the great customer service I received. I called the seller directly as I had a problem with promotional code. I think I spoke to the owner and he informed him of my issue. I left my number and he called me back within the hour and walked me through the ordering process so I was able to receive the 10% discount. I am truly excited and plan on buying the outdoor version for the pool area.

Fast and easy to put up! Sleek and modern. Also what's so great is when the fireplace is at full with the fuel, it will burn about 2hrs. And it heats up our very open house only 2 degrees! Whereas typical fireplaces gets the room too hot; then it's off an on with the fireplace. This is cool, modern flame and gives off perfect amount of heat..and ambience!
Very Nice but with Lousy Installation anchors and instructions
If you follow the instructions and use the included cheap plastic inserts and the provided screws, the insert will crack and the recommended 3/8 dia. drill size will not allow you to secure it tightly to a wall. Toss that package and get some 3/16" x 2" wing nut expansion anchors from Home Depot or Lowe's to go into your "already its too late I drilled the 3/8" holes." Secure the two support plates to the wall, adjust with a level and tighten. Then it works great and is not going to come loose. The glass front insert, is difficult to level in the side slots, but with some adjustment you can get it level. When filling the fuel tray remove the glass front, even though the instructions fail to mention this...any spills wll go up in flames before the fireplace fuel box intended fuel will. All of that being said the unit is beautiful and a perfect size for a small apartment, office or even a kitchen to add atmosphere with a bonus of a bit of heat also.
Great wall mounted fireplace!
Love this fireplace, very easy to hang and lightweight. Does not get overly hot against the wall from what I've seen. Fire warms the room nicely. Definately recommend. The only issue I've had is it's hard to get the biofuel into the bins without and spilling it...and you DON'T want to spill it as it's an accelerant and will burn rapidly on anything it touches. So it would be nice if they would come up with some pour spout for the biofuel to make it easier! Otherwise, LOVE IT!
