The largest grill in the Ovation line, the 54-inch Hybrid gives big outdoor kitchens a built-in grill that cooks with gas, wood, or charcoal, finished in refined stainless steel.

A Large-Scale Centerpiece with a Refined Profile

The Ovation 54 brings the series' clean design language to AMG's largest Ovation cooking platform. Its streamlined front, full-width stainless steel hood handle, and #304 stainless steel construction give the grill a polished architectural presence suited to larger outdoor kitchens.

The 54-inch format provides 1,687 square inches of total cooking surface. Eight 22,000 BTU main burners deliver 176,000 BTU of combined main-burner output, providing ample room to establish multiple cooking zones across the wide grilling area.

Multi-Fuel Flexibility Across an Expansive Cooking Surface

The Hybrid platform accommodates Natural Gas or Liquid Propane along with solid fuels such as wood and charcoal. AMG's patented fuel trays position solid fuel below the cooking grates, allowing the same grill to support different approaches to outdoor cooking.

Reversible V-shaped cooking grates sit above the fuel system, while stainless steel heat-zone separators help organize the large cooking area. Adjustable hood vents provide airflow control when managing different fuels and cooking conditions.

Installation Options

The OVA54 is designed for built-in installation within an outdoor kitchen island. Installation should follow American Made Grills requirements for cutout dimensions, ventilation, clearances, gas supply, and electrical connections.

Controls & Features

The Ovation 54 uses eight 22,000 BTU main burners, producing 176,000 BTU of total main-burner output. Flame Thrower ignition provides gas-burner startup, while the patented fuel trays allow wood and charcoal to become part of the cooking setup.

Interior halogen lights illuminate the cooking surface, while LED lights above the control knobs improve visibility around the front panel. Reversible cooking grates, heat-zone separators, adjustable hood vents, and an easy-clean drip system provide additional control and convenience during cooking and cleanup.
