The American Made Grills Encore 54 Hybrid is a built-in outdoor grill combining gas, wood, and charcoal cooking with a refined, large-format stainless steel design.
A Refined Centerpiece with More Room to Cook
The Encore 54 brings a clean, contemporary look to larger outdoor kitchens. Its #304 stainless steel construction, full-width hood handle, and streamlined control area create a cohesive appearance that works naturally with modern cabinetry and stone or stainless steel countertops.
Its larger footprint provides 1,687 square inches of total cooking surface. Eight main burners rated at 22,000 BTU each deliver 176,000 total BTU, providing the capacity to establish multiple cooking zones across the broad grilling area.
Gas Convenience with Wood and Charcoal Versatility
The Encore Hybrid is designed to accommodate more than conventional gas cooking. Patented fuel trays beneath the cooking grates accept wood logs, chunks, charcoal, lump charcoal, wood chips, or combinations of supported solid fuels.
The gas burners can also be used to ignite the solid fuel. Once combustion is established, the burners can be switched off when cooking entirely over wood or charcoal is preferred.
Installation Options
The ENC54 is the built-in version of the Encore 54 Hybrid and is designed for installation in an outdoor kitchen island. Installation should follow AMG requirements for the enclosure, cutout, clearances, ventilation, gas supply, and electrical connection.
Controls & Features
Eight 22,000 BTU main burners provide a combined output of 176,000 BTU. Flame Thrower ignition handles gas burner startup, while adjustable hood vents and heat-zone separators provide additional ways to manage different cooking areas.
Reversible 9-gauge V-shaped cooking grates sit above the solid-fuel trays. Interior halogen cooking lights illuminate the grilling area, while individual LED lights above the knobs improve control visibility. An easy-clean drip pan with a drain system collects debris beneath the cooking system.
