The Lexington Hearth Grist Mill is a wall-mounted concrete faux wood mantel shelf designed for indoor installation, offering the look of aged timber with noncombustible construction.

Crafted to Replicate Historic Wood Beams

The Grist Mill mantel is made using a patented casting process that recreates the depth and texture of reclaimed wood. Multi-level splits, deep checking, knots, fastener marks, and saw lines give it the appearance of time-worn timber. Each piece is hand-cast and hand-painted to enhance detail and variation.

Unlike real wood, it will not splinter, warp, or degrade over time.

Built for Safety and Long-Term Performance

Constructed from noncombustible concrete and tested to ASTM E136 standards, this mantel provides added peace of mind around fireplaces. A center air gap reduces overall weight and limits heat transfer to the surface.

Available in 48-inch, 60-inch, and 72-inch widths, and offered in five finishes—Maduro, Pale Honey, Weathered Grey, Eclipse, and Roasted Chestnut—it can be tailored to suit traditional or modern interiors.

Installation Options
