Built for permanent outdoor kitchens, the Atlas 42-Inch runs on natural gas or liquid propane and pairs four U-tube burners with 730.75 sq. in. of total cooking area inside a stainless steel body.

Stainless Steel Design Built Into Your Outdoor Kitchen

The Atlas 42 is constructed from 304 stainless steel, giving the grill a clean metallic finish that integrates naturally with stone, masonry, and other outdoor kitchen materials. An 18-gauge double-lined hood and full-width stainless steel handle complete its streamlined built-in profile.

With 730.75 sq. in. of primary cooking surface, the 42-inch model provides additional room for preparing multiple foods at once. Two multi-position warming racks add another level of flexibility for holding or organizing food during cooking.

Four Burners with Briquette Heat Distribution

Four 18,000 BTU U-tube burners provide a combined output of 72,000 BTUs. The easy-clean briquette system helps distribute heat across the cooking surface, while heavy-duty 8mm square cooking grates provide the primary cooking platform.

Flame Thrower ignition handles burner startup. Interior halogen cooking lights illuminate the grilling surface, while LED lighting above each control knob improves control visibility when cooking after daylight hours.

Installation Options

The Atlas is designed for built-in installation within an outdoor kitchen island. The grill head should be installed in an appropriately constructed outdoor enclosure according to the manufacturer's specified cutout, clearance, ventilation, and combustible-material requirements.

Choose the fuel configuration before installation. ATS42-B-NG is configured for Natural Gas, while ATS42-B-LP is configured for Liquid Propane. Gas supply and any electrical connection required for the grill lighting should follow the manufacturer's installation instructions and applicable local codes.

Controls & Features

The Atlas uses individual burner controls with Flame Thrower ignition for its four U-tube burners. Each burner is rated at 18,000 BTUs, providing 72,000 total BTUs across the grill.

Interior halogen lights provide visibility across the cooking area, complemented by LED lighting above the control knobs. Two adjustable warming racks expand the usable cooking arrangement, while the removable dishwasher-safe drip tray simplifies access for routine cleanup.
