Designed for contemporary outdoor kitchens, the Ovation 36 Hybrid is a built-in grill that cooks with gas, wood, or charcoal inside a refined stainless steel body.

A Refined Look for the Modern Outdoor Kitchen

The Ovation brings a distinct design direction to AMG's Hybrid Series. Its front profile draws from the clean appearance of the Estate Series, while the deeper body maintains the proportions required for AMG's multi-fuel cooking system.

Clean lines, a full-width stainless steel hood handle, and a streamlined control area give the 36-inch model a balanced presence within an outdoor kitchen. Its #304 stainless steel construction carries the same material across the hood, cooking system, and exterior.

Multiple Cooking Methods Under One Hood

The Ovation 36 accommodates Natural Gas or Liquid Propane along with charcoal, hardwood, and other manufacturer-supported solid fuels. Patented fuel trays position solid fuel beneath the cooking grates, allowing different cooking methods to be used within one grill.

Five 22,000 BTU main burners provide 110,000 total BTU, while the 36-inch configuration offers 1,106 square inches of total cooking surface. Reversible V-shaped grates, heat-zone separators, and adjustable hood vents help organize cooking conditions across the surface.

Installation Options

The OVA36 is designed for built-in outdoor kitchen installation. Installation must follow American Made Grills requirements for the island cutout, clearances, ventilation, gas connection, and electrical requirements.

Controls & Features

The Ovation 36 uses five 22,000 BTU main burners with Flame Thrower ignition. Patented fuel trays provide the foundation for solid-fuel cooking, while adjustable hood vents assist with airflow and heat management.

Reversible 9-gauge V-shaped cooking grates provide the primary cooking surface, with #304 stainless steel heat-zone separators dividing different areas of the grill. Interior halogen cooking lights illuminate the grill surface, and individual LED lights above the control knobs improve visibility around the controls.

An easy-clean drip pan with a drain system collects cooking debris beneath the grill, while built-in rotisserie spit storage keeps the rotisserie component integrated with the cooking station.
