In the summer of 2012, a young couple fascinated with urban, minimalist design bought a house in the rural heart of Indiana. As they embarked on their journey to remodel and decorate their new home, they quickly discovered that the local stores offered only traditional styles and lacked variety. But fortunately, we're in the era of online shopping where almost anything can be found with a few clicks.

Despite the vast array of online stores, Aaron and Anastasia struggled to find the right pieces for their dream home. High prices, costly delivery, vague product descriptions, small images, unresponsive customer service, and unreliable websites made their search exhausting. Among their biggest challenges was buying a fireplace online, especially without a chimney.

After extensive research, they determined they needed a ventless fireplace but still couldn't find the perfect fit in style and type. They wished for an online store that offered a wide selection of modern ventless fireplaces at reasonable prices, with free delivery and excellent customer service. From this need, their "AHA!" moment sparked the creation of MODERN BLAZE, a one-stop online shop tailored to make finding your ideal fireplace easy and enjoyable.
