Gas Type. Empire Boulevard's gas fireplace is available in natural gas or propane. Though this fireplace is fueled by gas, it also comes with a wall-mounted LED light and remote to make it a lot easier to manage its beautiful light display and heat.

Ignition. The Boulevard’s Intermittent Pilot system eliminates the standing pilot – saving energy and money. When you want fire, press the button – or just let the programmable thermostat maintain your desired room temperature. Thanks to its advanced features, the thermostat remote control anticipates heat demand and varies the flame height to minimize temperature fluctuations in the room. In the event of a power outage, your Boulevard fireplace can operate on battery backup mode.

Liner. Choose between a reflective Black Porcelain liner that creates the illusion of unimaginable depth or the stainless steel liner for a brighter and more contemporary feel. 

Gas Fireplace Installation. You can have your contractor install tile, stone, or plaster right to the fireplace opening– the ultimate in design flexibility. Or you can choose a decorative 1½-inch beveled front in matte black or a ¾-inch beveled black frame. Click here to purchase.

Accent Light. Empire Boulevard Gas Fireplace comes with a multicolor programmable LED light under the burner to enhance the look of the fireplace's liner and decorative media. It also comes with an extension kit to mount the lighting controls up to 6 ft. away.

Optional Forced Air Heat Management Kit. Reduce the warmth of your gas fireplace by venting some of the heat outside your home. The HMFA Kit is great for areas with varying climates.
